POSITION SUMMARY: The Line Cook will prepare food to the head chef’s specifications. Their duties will consist of assisting the head chef and fellow line cooks with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to the customer satisfaction and business performance.


  • Food preparation, set up, stock food items and other necessary supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
  • Prepares food items by grilling, frying, sauteing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
  • Processing customer orders, producing meals and cleaning their workspace throughout the day to follow health and safety guidelines
  • Inventory checks and completes food storage logs
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Preform any additional related tasks as assigned


  • Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
  • Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and on short notice
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and also be a team player
  • Great written, verbal, and organizational skills
