We are asking all Social Assistance Clients to fill out a survey to help us decide upcoming training we can offer in the community.
Only surveys that are completed will be entered.
Fill out the survey and be entered to win one of 10 – $50 cash draws
Booth will be set up at the SVDN Community Centre
All survey information will be kept confidential
