Attention SVDN Members, we have worked with Ryker Batson at Peak Performance to facilitate a “Boot Camp” to be held there every Wednesday at 7:00PM. We have made arrangements with the SVDN Health Centre to provide transportation. A bus will be leaving the Health Centre at 6:00PM every Wednesday this month for Community members interested in attending. If enough support is given, we will continue to provide transportation in the coming months.
