Attention All Visitors to Sioux Valley Elementary School,
To ensure the safety and security of all students and staff at our school, please note the following:
- All entrance doors to the building will remain locked at all times throughout the school day.
- Visitors to the school are required to enter through the west entrance only.
- The west entrance is equipped with security cameras and a buzzer system.
- Once a visitor has been identified via the camera system, the west entrance door will be unlocked remotely to allow entrance to the building.
- Upon entering the building, visitors are required to report to the administration office and sign in.
- Visitors will not be permitted to go to any classrooms.
- If a visitor wishes to meet with a student, a message will be sent to the classroom via intercom and the student will then report to the administration office.
- Visitors are required to exit the building only through the west doors.
