RE: Alternative Access to Sioux Valley Health Centre

Please be advised that flatwork repairs will be taking place at the North Entrance of the Sioux Valley Health Centre beginning Tuesday, August 5th, 2025. As a result, this entrance will be temporarily closed to the public for safety and construction purposes.
During this time, all community members, patients, and visitors are asked to use the EAST PARKING LOT DOOR to access the Health Centre. Wheelchair accessible concerns will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

· Closure Area: North Entrance (Main)
· Alternative Access Point: East Parking Lot Door
· Duration: Until further notice (updates will be provided)
· Reason: Concrete flatwork repair for improved safety and accessibility
Signage will be posted, and staff will be available to assist with directions if needed.
