Sioux valley Dakota Nation is seeking expressions of interest for food catering to our community members who are displaced to hotels in the city of Brandon.
This service would be required to be available 365 days a year but would vary in services needed. The successful applicant would provide lunch and dinner to the hotel guests during their stay and, in some instances, breakfast would be needed. Typically, continental breakfast is encouraged when available. The caterer would work closely with the Director of Health in Sioux Valley and regular communication is a necessity while meeting the needs of our clients. Regular submission of invoices is required for timely processing.
