Sioux Valley Dakota Nation will be providing $150.00 for COVID-19 assistance for our off-reserve membership. This will help with the purchase of PPE and COVID-19 related expenses. This payment will be in the form of a gift card and will be mailed to you.
The deadline for application is November 19th 2021.

The requirements are one gift card per household and you must be 18+.
You will need to provide the following information:
-Full Name
-Status Number
-Address
-Telephone Number
-Date of Birth
-Other SVDN Members that reside in the household.
