Overland Flood Watch Warning
(Effective up to and including May 18, 2022)
Sioux Valley Dakota Nation is still currently under a flood watch warning. With the releasing of the Shellmouth Dam and the added forecasted precipitation in the coming week, water levels will continue to rise.
To ensure the safety of Sioux Valley Dakota Nation, water level data and physical water levels are monitored daily.
Precautionary measures will be taking place for those who may be directly affected.
