TO ALL SOCIAL ASSISTANCE CLIENTS:
In preparation for July 2020 issue of social assistance, clients must submit the following MANDATORY information to the social development office no later than JUNE 17 ,2020.
- Renewal of application
- Updated identification (Social Insurance Number, driver’s licence, status card, birth certificate)
- Updated banking information. For the past 60 days ( from your bank or check cashing service)
Client files must be updated regularly to determine eligibility for social assistance. Renewal of applications will take place every fiscal year. It is your responsibility to provide the documentation as required. Failure to do so may result in a delay of benefits.
