Sioux Valley Housing Authority Inc. (Off-Reserve)
Sioux Valley Housing Inc. opened their doors for business on October 29, 2012. We are located within the SVDN Sub-Office in Brandon, Manitoba. The new corporation took over management of 20 houses as follows:
- 9 houses located in Portage la Prairie, MB
- 11 houses located in Brandon, MB
The dwellings consist of 10 duplexes and 4 houses, which are made available to SVDN members on a priority basis, when available.
All units are rented at market rent ranging from $800 to $1,400 per month plus utilities. The leases and houses are managed by Sioux Valley Housing Authority Inc. and Sioux Valley Housing Authority Inc. maintains and follows the Residential Tenancy Branch codes.
