June 26, 2018 marked the date that four Sioux Valley High School students ended a memorable chapter in their lives and began a new one, as high school graduates. Though this marks SV High Schools smallest graduating class ever, the true value of the day sits with the students who worked together and encouraged each other to reach this day. Sioux valley Dakota Nation would like to congratulate Corbin Wasicuna, Seth Williams, Governor General Award winner Breana Gardener and valedictorian Destiny Sumner.
Though Destiny was overcome with emotions delivering her valedicitorian speech, proof of how these students encouraged and supported each other was shown for all to see as Breana came to the podium and stood by her fellow graduate side to offer support. May they continue their success into the future.
