Agenda:
2pm to 4pm: For people to come to set up their area for fishing at the mouth location.
4pm: is cast off (can arrive after 4pm to set up if needed)
4pm to 8pm: Donated prize draws
8pm: lines come in and judging for Largest heaviest fish
