SUBJECT: EARLY DISMISSAL DUE TO VERY POOR ROAD CONDITIONS AND HEAVY SNOWFALL.
This is an urgent notification. Due to rapidly deteriorating road conditions, the school will be implementing an early dismissal again today.
All students and staff will be dismissed at 11:30 am today, Tuesday, December 9th, 2025.
Students: Dismissal will begin promptly at 11:30 am.
Bus Transportation: All school bus routes will begin their routes early, starting at 11:30 am. Please ensure someone is available at your student’s stop to receive them earlier than usual.
Pick-Up: Parents picking up students must arrive no later than 11:30 am**. Please exercise extreme caution when driving to and from the school.
Staff: All staff members are dismissed after ensuring all students are safely on their buses or picked up.
The safety of our students and staff is our highest priority. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your immediate cooperation.
Provincial highschool students will be picked up early, school have also been notified.
Please drive safely.
