Please join us on Friday, May 3rd, 2024 as we gather at the Heather Merrick Memorial Site to walk to the SVDN Powwow Grounds as we come together to remember and honour the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIW) of Canada and our home community of Wipazoka Wakpa.
As a way to raise awareness about this ongoing issue, we ask that you wear red, join us for our walk against violence, and take a moment to reflect on the lives lost. Let us come together to bring awareness to this important issue and work towards justice for those impacted.
