CBTm is an evidence-based six-class program designed to help build resilience and improve mental wellness. The CBTm program incorporates principles of mindfulness to help participants reduce stress, anger, fatigue, sleep problems and negative health outcomes, while increasing resiliency and improving emotional regulation.
6 weeks, once weekly for 1-1/2 hours each week is a new topic so participants can attend all dates or only the dates they are able to or choose to.
