11 Males (age 0-11)
7 Females (age 0-11)
12 Males (age 12-17)
12 Females (age 12-17)
CLOSED Males (age 18-54)
CLOSED Females (age-18-54)
6 Males (age 55+)
9 Females (age 55+)

Your voice matters! Complete a Survey and receive a $25 gift card from Walmart, Amazon or your choicew of up to 60 different cards to choose from.
LUNCH PROVIDED FOR THOSE WAITING TO TAKE SURVEYS!
Once a community has completed all surveys, there will be a draw for one prize (per community) which includes iPad, TV, PS5, or an Oculus headset!
