All clients MUST re-apply with new copies of IDs for yourself, spouse, children.
we will no longer be taking letters from band membership.
60 days of banking statements, or proof of cheque cashing (Money-Mart)
We will no longer be accepting financials from Al’s corner store or Brier Creek.
COPH files must have a new up to date letter from the parents.
DTS will be notified for each file that is open under COPH.
We will be looking further into legal guardianship for those who have had COPH files for over 2 years.
