We sincerely apologize for the significant and unacceptable delay in picking up many of our students for the morning bus run. We understand this issue caused considerable frustration, disrupted your morning schedules and, most importantly, resulted in our students being late for school or not attending at all. We are truly sorry for this lapse in service.
We are taking immediate steps to ensure this does not happen again.
