Receipts need to be submitted by any means, please include names on the receipts.
PLEASE BE ADVISED:
If your child does not meet the eligibility requirements, they will not be receiving the support
If you have not completed the online form OR submitted the required school registration confirmations, you will not be eligible to receive support on the distribution dates
If you are unable to pick up at the scheduled distribution dates, they will be mailed out to the address you provided on the application/registration form
