SVDN Band Membership is excited to announce our “BIRTH REGISTRATION EXPO” that will take place from November 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
This is a program for parents who have children that are NOT registered with their own status number.
All completed birth registration forms I get in the next 60 days will get a $100 gift card.
To Qualify for the $100 Gift Card – You must hand in
1- A completed birth registration form signed by parents.
2- The ORIGINAL long form birth certufucate with parents names.
3- A copy of parents valid ID.
4- And In some cases, legal documents that need to go with the birth registration form.
All 4 must be handed in together to qualify, NO EXCEPTIONS.
All birth registrations completed before November 1, 2024 do not qualify as this is a year end event.
