There is a new policy and intake process that will be implemented for the 2025 file review.
We are asking that all clients call the office to schedule an appointment time and date for the upcoming file review.
File review requirements are:
ID’s for you and your dependents and or spouse
90 days of banking statements. (Jan, Feb and March)
Complete intake form.
Social will now be taking the time to sit and go over the intake process and will be sending clients to employment and training to make a plan.
18 to 30 years of age will be scheduled for March 3 to March 7
31 to 50 years of age will be scheduled for March 10 to March 14
51 to 64 years of age will be scheduled for March 17 to March 21
March 2025 issue will be released Feb. 28.
April issue will be released on March 31, 2025
