On May 16, 2019, Sioux Valley Dakota Nation welcomed Live Different to Sioux Valley High School and the Veterans’ Hall for their Kindness Changes Everything Tour 2018/2019.
Live Different’s Indigenous Programming initiative provided Sioux Valley High School students with engaging motivational speakers who shared their personal stories to promote a culturally relevant and positive approach to youth empowerment. The initiative also included a community concert, which the Sioux Valley Health Centre was able to host at the Veterans’ Hall.
