Sioux Valley Dakota Nation Chief Vince Tacan held a brief gathering to announce that an MOU (memorandum of Understanding) has been signed with Dakota communities Canupawakpa Dakota Nation and Dakota Plains First Nation. The Casino Project MOU laid out each communities involvement and responsibilities moving forward. We heard from all three Chief, Chief Vince Tacan (SVDN), Chief Brown (Canupawakpa) and Chief Don Smoke (Dakota Plains joined through Zoom.
We look forward to a fruitful partnership together.
