Mission Statement
We the people of Sioux Valley Dakota Nation assert our sovereign rights, traditions, spiritual beliefs and faith in the Creator to protect, promote, preserve and maintain our distinct Dakota Nation, language, culture, natural laws and our relationship with Seven Historic Council Fires and other Nations, and we protect, promote, preserve and maintain our territories and lands upon which we hold our title and sustain our community.
