WHAT: FIRST NATION – COMMUNITY SERVICE WORKER DIPLOMA PROGRAM

WHO: Anyone interested in working in a Human Service field (Tiwahe CFS, Jordan’s Principle, Addictions, Mental Health, Education) providing services to children and families in the community using a prevention model.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 graduate or Mature student (must be over 21) with a combination of education and work experience
Completion of a Criminal Records Check and Child Abuse Registry Check
Previous experience in a helping field
Completed resume indicating work experience and education
Two letter of recommendation
Writing assessment
Dedication and a strong commitment to work and help people in the community
